I do a lot of Tabatas. I go between my all-outs, and also, I'm in a zone 3, sometimes a zone 2, when I'm sort of tapering it down before I'm about to go all-out again. And I do that 10 or 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. And then I also like to resistance
