I always say 'eat weird food' ... When we eat these modern industrial fruits and vegetables, we're not necessarily getting very nutrient dense foods. So, if it's like a watermelon radish or some funky green or dandelion greens or some weird fruit or some funky thing, I think those are great things to include in your diet because they're far more nutrient-dense and have more
