The biggest thing that you learn in the SEAL teams is that you are not as good as you think you are. There's always going to be someone that's better than you at something ... You're always surrounded by someone on your team that can run circles around you in whatever category, whether it's shooting or diving or parachuting. So, it's a very humbling experience.
