If you're lucky enough to have your parents around, interview them. Talk to them for a couple of hours about their life experiences. It's such a gift to give yourself, and eventually, your children.

I love to take complicated topics and try to unpack them ... I try to unravel them so people can understand them better. I think we're living in such a transformational time—it's very confusing for people.
