The narratives that control us, the stories we tell ourselves, shape our reality. And so often, we just take it as assumed that what we're thinking is true, it's accurate, it's a reflection of reality. So, 'don't believe everything you think,' I think, has some really profound implications for well-being, it has profound implications for performance, it has profound implications for everything since your entire experience of life is passed through this filter that we call the mind.
