When you look at Uber, you look at Slack now, or you look at Instacart, or you look at any of these companies, people tend to think that viral growth and network effects... that there's a silver bullet that, once your product has it, you just are kind of on this amazing trajectory. And what you find, instead, when you look inside, is you see thousands of people working their asses off ... What you really see is the hard work that actually goes into these companies is just an incredible amount of work.
